The proposed building is a minimalist white hovering mass supported by three transparent volumes. It becomes a hinge point of integrating and interconnecting the adjacent public spaces. The multi-level foyer – the central hub of the building – extends into the square, allowing the passers-by to experience the interiors of the MARP. The car workshops, located below ground, are visible to the public.
