State-of-the-art office complex in the centre of the Russian capital The futuristic shape of the building was a product of a simple efficient plan being sculpted by the statutory rights of light and by the visual experience of approach from the nearest tube station. The external envelope included automated louvres facilitating control over the conditions indoors. Alexander Rakita was the competition team leader in MOLA (Moscow).
