The Gallery is an integral part of the mixed-use development, also known as the International Congress Centre, which also comprises the 5* Hyatt Regency hotel.

The key feature of the project is its huge atrium along the main façade. The internal space blends into the leafy street outside through the fully glazed curtain wall. Filled with air and sunlight, with its café tables and large living trees, this indoor city boulevard is the destination for the city’s social life and a venue for cultural and fashion events. A counterpoint to the atrium, the huge two-storey live “green wall” at the back of the mall enriches the air in the Gallery with oxygen.

The Gallery benefits from the constant flow of visitors comprising guests to the hotels, participants of congresses, visitors to the restaurants, swimming pool, spa and fitness centre. Three entrances from the Hyatt Hotel, Bolshaya Sadovaya and Suvorova Streets maximise the visibility of every shop front. Basement and roof carparks provide easy and comfortable access to the shops.

The executive rooftop offices are accessible from both the Retail Gallery and the roof carpark which means that it is possible to park near the front door of one’s own office.

The original project of the International Congress Centre was highly acclaimed in Rostov and received the Silver Diploma from the Union of Russian Architects in 2005. The new scheme by AR Architecture matched the quality benchmark set by its predecessor, collecting the 5* European Property Award 2014-2015.
