Mixed-use development comprising retail, offices and hotel in West Russia The project is located on the main city square, adjacent to the recently re-created cathedral. The Retail part occupies the two-level red-brick plinth, with the main restaurant stepping down to the square behind a spectacular curtain wall. The plinth is crowned by two soft-shaped volumes accommodating offices and a 4* Radisson SAS Hotel. Alexander Rakita was the design team leader in MOLA (Moscow) up to the end of the planning application stage. The project was then completed by a local architect.
