DESCRIPTION

New luxury private detached villa in St John’s Wood area of North-West London, following demolition of the existing buildings on site.
The existing early 20th Century house has 2 storeys, a cold attic and a single-storey unheated garage. It sits on a compact corner plot in a conservation area and features some beautiful old trees.
The Client has asked us to design a new house within the footprint of the existing one, with a total internal area of 400-450 sqm on three levels above ground (including a mansard) and in a single-level basement. The facades are traditional brickwork with classic stone details, appropriate for this part of St John’s Wood conservation area. The house will comprise 4 ensuite bedrooms, a lift, a large living/dining area, a basement Spa with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and a garage attached to the main building.
